Reporting a Product Safety Concern
If you believe a Kiddie Jumps product has a safety issue, stop using the product and contact us promptly.

Business name;
Order number;
Product name or description;
Delivery date;
Description of the concern;
Photos;
Videos, if helpful;
Description of how the product was used, stored, cleaned, and maintained;
Any incident details, if applicable.
No Admission of Defect
A product safety notice, repair notice, inspection request, or customer communication does not automatically mean that a product is defective or that Kiddie Jumps is admitting fault or liability.
