Shipping and Returns Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

This Shipping and Returns Policy applies to products purchased from Kiddie Jumps.

Shipping Methods

Kiddie Jumps ships commercial inflatable products using freight carriers, parcel carriers, or other shipping methods depending on product size, weight, destination, and order details.

Large inflatables are typically shipped by freight. Freight shipments may require a commercial delivery address, loading dock, forklift, pallet jack, liftgate service, or scheduled delivery appointment.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in writing.

Shipping quotes are estimates and may change due to carrier rates, fuel surcharges, delivery location, product weight, product size, access limitations, taxes, duties, tariffs, or additional carrier services.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Residential delivery;

  • Liftgate service;

  • Limited-access locations;

  • Inside delivery;

  • Re-delivery;

  • Missed delivery appointments;

  • Storage fees;

  • Address corrections;

  • Remote delivery areas;

  • Expedited shipping;

  • Customs, duties, or import fees.

Shipping Addresses

The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Kiddie Jumps is not responsible for delays, extra fees, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or changed shipping information.

Production and Shipping Times

Production and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Delays may occur due to production schedules, material availability, customization, order volume, weather, carrier delays, customs delays, holidays, or events outside our control.

Kiddie Jumps is not responsible for lost revenue, lost rentals, event cancellations, missed deadlines, or other damages caused by production or shipping delays.

Freight Delivery Inspection Instructions

Many Kiddie Jumps products are large commercial inflatables that may ship by freight carrier. Freight delivery requires careful inspection at the time of delivery. Please read these instructions before your order arrives.

Inspect Before Signing

Before signing the delivery receipt, bill of lading, or carrier paperwork, inspect the shipment carefully.

Check for:

  • Torn packaging;

  • Crushed boxes;

  • Broken pallets;

  • Punctures;

  • Wet packaging;

  • Missing boxes;

  • Opened packaging;

  • Re-taped packaging;

  • Visible product damage;

  • Forklift damage;

  • Shortages;

  • Any sign that the shipment may have been mishandled.

If anything appears damaged or missing, write the issue clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.

Examples:

  • “Box torn, possible damage.”

  • “Pallet damaged.”

  • “One box missing.”

  • “Packaging punctured.”

  • “Product received damaged.”

Do not sign the delivery receipt as clean if the shipment appears damaged or incomplete.

Take Photos Immediately

If there is any visible damage or shortage, take clear photos before moving or unpacking the shipment.

Photos should include:

  • Full shipment;

  • Pallet;

  • Boxes;

  • Shipping labels;

  • Damaged packaging;

  • Delivery receipt;

  • Close-up photos of damage;

  • Product damage, if visible.

Report Damage Quickly

Visible freight damage must be reported to Kiddie Jumps within 48 hours of delivery.

Concealed damage must be reported as soon as discovered and no later than 5 business days after delivery.

Email damage reports to: kiddiejumpsfl@gmail.com

Include:

  • Customer name;

  • Business name;

  • Order number;

  • Delivery date;

  • Description of the issue;

  • Photos of the shipment;

  • Photos of the damage;

  • Copy or photo of the delivery receipt;

  • Carrier name, if available.

Keep Packaging

Do not throw away boxes, pallets, packaging, labels, or damaged materials until the issue is reviewed.

Carriers may require packaging for inspection or claim processing.

Missing or Incorrect Items

Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

Freight Claim Limitations

Freight carriers have their own claim rules, deadlines, documentation requirements, and approval processes. Kiddie Jumps will assist with reasonable information when possible, but Kiddie Jumps cannot guarantee that a carrier claim will be approved.

Failure to inspect the shipment, note damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, keep packaging, or report the issue quickly may limit or prevent a freight damage claim.

Returns

Because many Kiddie Jumps products are commercial, custom, large, freight-shipped, or made to order, returns are limited.

Products may be eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Kiddie Jumps approves the return in writing before the product is shipped back;

  • The product is unused, uninflated, undamaged, clean, and in original condition;

  • The product is returned in original packaging or equivalent protective packaging;

  • The return request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery;

  • The product is not custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, final sale, altered, modified, or used.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless Kiddie Jumps approves otherwise in writing:

  • Custom products;

  • Made-to-order products;

  • Products with custom colors, logos, artwork, branding, or layout;

  • Used or inflated products;

  • Damaged products;

  • Products damaged by improper handling, setup, storage, cleaning, or use;

  • Clearance or final-sale products;

  • Special-order products;

  • Replacement parts;

  • Repair materials;

  • Products returned without approval.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless Kiddie Jumps determines that the return is due to our error.

The buyer is responsible for properly packaging the returned product. Products damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging may not be eligible for refund, credit, exchange, or warranty service.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product price.

Original shipping, freight, handling, customs, duties, tariffs, rush fees, design fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved in writing by Kiddie Jumps.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be approved at Kiddie Jumps’ discretion. Custom, used, damaged, made-to-order, or special-order products are generally not eligible for exchange.
