A small tear is not automatically a minor repair. The location of damage matters, especially around seams, anchor points, internal baffles, steps, climbing areas, and rider containment. Do not rely on a patch or temporary repair as proof that an inflatable is safe to operate.

REQUESTING A REPAIR ESTIMATE

Send clear photographs and the following information to the repair provider:

• Manufacturer, model, serial number if available, and approximate dimensions.

• Close-up photographs of the damage and wider photographs showing its location.

• A description of the problem, including any change in shape or inflation.

• Your location, preferred completion date, and whether shipping or drop-off is needed.

Ask for a written estimate, current turnaround time, shipping or collection instructions, and any repair warranty. Confirm which inspections or checks are needed before returning the unit to service. Clean and completely dry equipment before packing or delivering it, following the provider’s instructions.
