Product Safety & Operating Responsibility

Kiddie Jumps manufactures and sells commercial inflatable products. We do not provide rental services, event staffing, event supervision, or on-site operation unless expressly agreed to in writing.
Inflatable products can create risk if they are not properly installed, anchored, supervised, maintained, cleaned, stored, inspected, and operated. By purchasing, receiving, or using a Kiddie Jumps product, the buyer accepts responsibility for safe and lawful use of the product.
Buyer and Operator Responsibility
The buyer, owner, operator, rental company, event company, school, organization, or end user is responsible for:
Reading and following all instructions, warnings, labels, manuals, and safety information
Training employees, attendants, and operators before use
Properly setting up and taking down the inflatable
Properly anchoring the inflatable according to site conditions, product requirements, and applicable safety practices
Providing trained adult supervision at all times while the inflatable is in use
Inspecting the product before each use
Keeping users within appropriate age, size, weight, and capacity limits
Preventing overcrowding, rough play, flips, wrestling, climbing on walls, or unsafe behavior
Monitoring weather conditions before and during use
Removing users and deflating the unit when conditions become unsafe
Keeping blowers, cords, stakes, straps, and anchoring points properly secured
Keeping the inflatable clean, dry, and properly stored
Maintaining appropriate insurance
Obtaining all required permits, inspections, licenses, approvals, and certifications
Complying with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, codes, and regulations
Weather and Wind Safety
Inflatables should not be used during unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, storms, lightning, heavy rain, flooding, or other hazardous conditions.
The buyer/operator is responsible for monitoring weather conditions and making safe operating decisions. Kiddie Jumps is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or claims resulting from weather conditions, wind, improper anchoring, or failure to stop operation when conditions become unsafe.
Adult Supervision Required
Commercial inflatables should be supervised by trained and responsible adults at all times while in use. Unsupervised use can result in injury, property damage, or unsafe conditions.
The buyer/operator is responsible for ensuring that attendants understand the product, enforce safety rules, monitor users, and stop operation when necessary.
Inspection Before Use
Before each use, the buyer/operator should inspect the inflatable and related equipment for:
Tears, punctures, or holes
Loose or damaged seams
Damaged anchor points
Missing or damaged straps
Blower issues
Electrical cord issues
Wet or slippery areas
Debris or sharp objects
Improper inflation
Trip hazards
Any condition that may make use unsafe
Do not use a product that appears damaged, unsafe, improperly inflated, unstable, or in need of repair.
Cleaning, Drying, and Storage
The buyer/operator is responsible for properly cleaning, drying, folding, transporting, and storing the product.
Improper cleaning, moisture, mildew, dragging, poor storage, heat exposure, chemical exposure, or rough handling can damage the product and may void warranty coverage.
Permits, Inspections, and Legal Compliance
Rules for inflatable amusement products may vary by city, county, state, venue, school district, insurer, or event organizer.
The buyer is responsible for determining and satisfying all legal, permitting, inspection, insurance, and operational requirements that apply to the product and its use.
Kiddie Jumps does not guarantee that any product will automatically satisfy every local, state, federal, venue, insurance, or inspection requirement. Buyers should confirm requirements before purchasing and before operating any inflatable product.
No Rental Services
Kiddie Jumps sells inflatable products. Unless agreed to separately in writing, Kiddie Jumps does not provide:
Rental delivery
Event setup
Event takedown
Event supervision
On-site attendants
Permitting services
Inspection services
Insurance coverage for the buyer’s event or business
Operator training beyond written product information
Assumption of Risk
By purchasing, owning, operating, renting out, setting up, supervising, or using a Kiddie Jumps product, the buyer and operator understand that inflatable amusement products involve inherent risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiddie Jumps is not responsible for injuries, damages, claims, lost income, event cancellations, fines, penalties, property damage, or other losses caused by improper setup, improper supervision, misuse, weather, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow instructions, or failure to comply with applicable laws.
