Kiddie Jumps may use customer reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, social media posts, product images, and feedback for business and marketing purposes.
Customer Reviews and Testimonials
If you submit a review, testimonial, comment, message, photo, video, or other feedback to Kiddie Jumps, you give Kiddie Jumps permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit for length or clarity, and share that content for business, marketing, website, advertising, portfolio, and social media purposes.
Kiddie Jumps may use reviews or testimonials on:
Our website;
Social media pages;
Advertising;
Printed materials;
Product pages;
Email marketing;
Sales materials;
Portfolio pages;
Other business materials.
Photos and Videos
If you send Kiddie Jumps photos or videos of a product, event, setup, business, or customer use, you represent that you have the right to share those photos or videos with us.
You also confirm that you have permission from any identifiable people, business owners, property owners, parents, guardians, organizations, or event hosts shown in the content, if permission is required.
Editing and Display
Kiddie Jumps may crop, resize, format, or edit submitted content for layout, clarity, length, grammar, or display purposes. We will not knowingly alter a testimonial in a way that misrepresents the customer’s experience.
No Compensation
Unless agreed to in writing, customers will not receive payment, royalties, credit, discounts, or compensation for submitted reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, or feedback.
Disclosure of Free or Discounted Products
If Kiddie Jumps provides a free product, discounted product, sponsorship, donation, payment, or other benefit in exchange for a review, testimonial, social media post, endorsement, or promotion, the recipient is responsible for clearly and honestly disclosing that relationship where required.
Request to Remove Content
If you want Kiddie Jumps to stop using a review, testimonial, photo, or video you submitted, contact us in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to remove it from future use, but we may not be able to remove content already printed, published, shared, indexed, archived, or distributed.
