Kiddie Jumps stands behind the quality of our commercial inflatable products. This Warranty Information and Repairs page explains the limited warranty coverage, exclusions, claim process, and repair options.
Limited Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing on your invoice or warranty document, Kiddie Jumps provides a limited 1-year warranty from the original delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
What the Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects in seams;
Material defects not caused by use, storage, cleaning, weather, or handling;
Workmanship issues existing at the time of delivery;
Certain production-related defects as determined by Kiddie Jumps.
Kiddie Jumps will determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a product issue qualifies for warranty coverage.

If Kiddie Jumps determines that a valid warranty claim exists, Kiddie Jumps may choose one or more of the following remedies:
Repair the product;
Provide replacement parts;
Replace the affected component;
Replace the product;
Provide a credit;
Provide another reasonable remedy.
The remedy selected will be determined by Kiddie Jumps based on the nature of the issue, product condition, product age, use history, and availability of parts or materials.

Inspection
Kiddie Jumps may require inspection of the product before approving warranty service. Inspection may be completed through photos, video, return shipment, in-person review, or another method selected by Kiddie Jumps.
The buyer must not discard, alter, repair, or continue using a product in a way that worsens the issue before Kiddie Jumps has reviewed the claim.
Shipping for Warranty Service
The buyer may be responsible for shipping, freight, packaging, handling, insurance, customs, duties, or related costs for warranty inspection or repair unless Kiddie Jumps states otherwise in writing.
If a product is shipped to Kiddie Jumps or a repair location, the buyer must package it properly. Kiddie Jumps is not responsible for damage caused by poor return packaging or carrier handling.
Repairs
Kiddie Jumps may offer repair services for products that are outside warranty coverage or damaged by causes not covered by warranty.
Repair availability depends on the product condition, damage type, material availability, production schedule, and whether the product can be safely repaired.
Repair quotes must be approved before repair work begins. Repair charges may include labor, materials, parts, shipping, freight, cleaning, inspection, and handling.
Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
Unauthorized repairs, patches, sewing, gluing, modifications, alterations, or use of non-approved materials may void warranty coverage.
No Extended Warranty Unless Written
No employee, representative, salesperson, website content, message, or verbal statement creates an extended warranty unless it is confirmed in writing by Kiddie Jumps.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Kiddie Jumps and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, except those that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiddie Jumps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages, including lost profits, lost rentals, business interruption, event cancellations, or loss of customers.
