Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Kiddie Jumps website and to purchases, quotes, orders, invoices, products, and services provided by Kiddie Jumps.

By using our website, requesting a quote, approving an invoice, placing an order, submitting payment, or purchasing from Kiddie Jumps, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

About Kiddie Jumps

Kiddie Jumps manufactures and sells commercial inflatable attractions, including bounce houses, combo units, water slides, obstacle courses, playlands, interactive games, and related inflatable products.

Business and Commercial Use

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Kiddie Jumps products are intended for commercial buyers, rental companies, event businesses, entertainment providers, and similar business customers.

The buyer is responsible for proper setup, supervision, operation, maintenance, storage, inspection, cleaning, permitting, insurance, and legal compliance related to the use of any inflatable product.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are subject to change until accepted and paid according to the terms stated on the invoice.

Prices may vary based on product size, design, customization, materials, freight costs, production requirements, taxes, tariffs, duties, and other factors.

Typographical errors, website errors, pricing mistakes, product description errors, or availability errors may be corrected at any time.

Orders

An order is not confirmed until Kiddie Jumps accepts the order and receives the required payment or deposit.

For custom, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products, the buyer is responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before approval, including:

  • Product type;

  • Size;

  • Colors;

  • Artwork;

  • Logos;

  • Layout;

  • Spelling;

  • Quantity;

  • Shipping information;

  • Invoice terms.

Once production has started, changes may not be possible. If changes are possible, additional charges and delays may apply.

Custom Products

Custom products are manufactured according to the buyer’s approved specifications. Because custom products are made specifically for the buyer, they are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange once production has started.

Colors, artwork placement, sizing, and final appearance may vary slightly from digital proofs, website images, photographs, or samples due to screen settings, material differences, production methods, and normal manufacturing tolerances.

Artwork, Logos, and Intellectual Property

If you submit artwork, logos, names, brands, designs, characters, images, or other materials to Kiddie Jumps, you represent that you own the rights to use them or have permission from the rightful owner.

You agree not to submit copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, or protected materials unless you have legal permission to use them.

You agree to indemnify and hold Kiddie Jumps harmless from claims, damages, costs, or expenses related to materials you provide.

Kiddie Jumps may display photos or videos of completed products for marketing, portfolio, website, or social media purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before production is completed.

Product Images and Descriptions

Website images, mockups, renderings, and product descriptions are provided for general informational purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color, shape, size, features, layout, artwork placement, or construction details.

Kiddie Jumps may update product designs, features, materials, specifications, and pricing at any time.

Safety and Use

Inflatable products can involve risk if they are not properly installed, anchored, supervised, maintained, or operated.

The buyer is responsible for:

  • Reading and following all instructions, warnings, and safety information;

  • Training employees and operators;

  • Using proper anchoring and setup procedures;

  • Following weather and wind restrictions;

  • Inspecting products before each use;

  • Keeping products clean, dry, and properly stored;

  • Complying with local, state, and federal laws;

  • Obtaining any required permits, licenses, inspections, and insurance.

Kiddie Jumps is not responsible for injuries, property damage, lost income, fines, claims, or losses caused by improper setup, misuse, lack of supervision, poor maintenance, weather conditions, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Payments

Payment terms will be stated on the invoice, quote, or written order confirmation.

Orders may require a deposit, partial payment, or full payment before production begins. Final payment may be required before shipping, pickup, or delivery.

Payments are due according to the invoice terms. Late payments may delay production, shipping, delivery, warranty service, or release of products.

Taxes, Duties, and Fees

The buyer is responsible for applicable taxes, shipping charges, freight fees, customs fees, tariffs, duties, storage fees, delivery charges, liftgate fees, residential delivery fees, limited-access fees, re-delivery fees, and other charges related to the order unless otherwise stated in writing.

Production and Lead Times

Production times are estimates only. Lead times may vary due to order volume, customization, material availability, production schedules, shipping delays, weather, customs, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Kiddie Jumps is not responsible for losses, lost rentals, lost profits, event cancellations, or other damages caused by production or shipping delays.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms are governed by the Shipping and Returns Policy posted on our website and by the terms stated on your invoice.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting shipments promptly upon delivery and reporting visible damage, missing items, or delivery issues according to the shipping policy.

Cancellations

Cancellation rights depend on the order status.

Standard, non-custom orders may be cancelled only if Kiddie Jumps approves the cancellation in writing before processing, production, or shipment.

Custom, made-to-order, special-order, or modified products cannot be cancelled once design work, material ordering, or production has started.

Deposits may be non-refundable once work has begun or costs have been incurred.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Shipping and Returns Policy and Refund Policy posted on our website.

Custom, made-to-order, used, installed, inflated, damaged, altered, clearance, final-sale, or special-order products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless otherwise required by law or approved in writing by Kiddie Jumps.

Warranty

Warranty terms are governed by the Warranty Information and Repairs page posted on our website and by any written warranty included with the product or invoice.

Warranty coverage is limited and does not cover misuse, improper setup, improper storage, poor maintenance, normal wear and tear, weather damage, unauthorized repairs, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiddie Jumps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost rentals, business interruption, event cancellations, or loss of goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiddie Jumps’ total liability for any claim related to a product, order, service, website use, or transaction will not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

No Guarantees of Business Results

Kiddie Jumps does not guarantee that any product will generate revenue, bookings, rentals, profits, customer demand, or return on investment. Business results depend on many factors outside our control.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kiddie Jumps, its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and representatives from claims, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your use or misuse of products;

  • Your failure to follow instructions or warnings;

  • Your business operations;

  • Your rentals, events, customers, employees, or guests;

  • Your submitted artwork or intellectual property;

  • Your breach of these Terms and Conditions;

  • Your violation of any law, rule, regulation, or third-party right.

Force Majeure

Kiddie Jumps is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, customs delays, strikes, fires, floods, pandemics, governmental actions, war, terrorism, carrier issues, material shortages, power outages, or other force majeure events.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, copy content without permission, upload harmful code, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and product photos, is owned by Kiddie Jumps or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written authorization.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
