Supporting Our Community
At Kiddie Jumps, we believe a successful business should also be a positive force in the community. As a manufacturer and seller of commercial inflatable products, we are proud to support charitable causes, schools, nonprofit organizations, youth programs, family-focused events, and community initiatives whenever possible.
Even though Kiddie Jumps doesn't offer inflatable rentals, we may be able to support approved causes through an inflatable product donation, discounted product, sponsorship, or cash donation. Our goal is to help organizations create fun, meaningful experiences while supporting programs that benefit families, children, schools, and local communities.
Because we receive donation and sponsorship requests throughout the year, all requests are reviewed carefully and are approved at our sole discretion.
Donation & Sponsorship Request Policy
Kiddie Jumps is proud to consider donation and sponsorship requests from qualified organizations and community causes. To ensure fairness and proper review, all requests must follow the guidelines below.
Eligibility
Donation requests may be considered for:
Nonprofit organizations;
Schools and educational programs;
Youth sports teams or youth organizations;
Churches or community groups;
Children’s programs;
Family-focused events;
Charitable fundraisers;
Animal welfare organizations;
Community improvement causes.
Individual or personal requests are generally not considered unless connected to a verified charitable event, school program, nonprofit organization, or community cause. Exceptions may be made at our discretion depending on the situation.
Priority may be given to organizations that serve children, families, schools, youth programs, underserved communities, or animal welfare causes.
Types of Support We May Provide
Depending on the request, availability, and business considerations, Kiddie Jumps may offer one or more of the following:
Donation of an inflatable product;
Discounted inflatable product purchase;
Cash donation;
Event sponsorship;
Raffle or auction item;
Promotional support;
Other support approved by Kiddie Jumps.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Approved donations may be limited in value, product type, availability, timing, or scope.
Important Product Donation Information
Because Kiddie Jumps is a sales and manufacturing business, not a rental company, donated inflatable products are provided as products only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The receiving organization is responsible for:
Proper setup and takedown;
Safe operation and supervision;
Storage and maintenance;
Cleaning and drying;
Transportation, shipping, or freight costs, unless otherwise approved;
Permits, insurance, and legal compliance;
Following all safety instructions and product guidelines.
Kiddie Jumps does not provide rental delivery, event setup, event staffing, or event supervision unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Submission Requirements
All donation and sponsorship requests must be submitted in writing and should include:
Organization name;
Contact person;
Phone number;
Email address;
Organization website or social media page, if available;
Type of organization;
Proof of nonprofit status, if applicable;
Description of the event, fundraiser, or cause;
Event date and location;
Expected attendance;
Type of donation or sponsorship requested;
How the donation will be used;
How Kiddie Jumps will be recognized, if applicable;
Any deadline for approval.
Incomplete requests may not be reviewed.
Lead Time
Requests should be submitted at least 30 days before the event or donation deadline.
Requests submitted with less than 30 days’ notice may not be considered due to production schedules, shipping timelines, product availability, and review time.
For inflatable product donation requests, additional lead time may be required.
Review & Notification
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Kiddie Jumps considers several factors, including:
Organization type;
Purpose of the event or cause;
Community impact;
Timing;
Product availability;
Donation budget;
Production schedule;
Shipping requirements;
Prior donation commitments.
Approved requests will be contacted directly. Due to the number of requests received, we may not be able to respond to every submission.
Limitations
All donations, sponsorships, discounts, and support are offered at the sole discretion of Kiddie Jumps.
Kiddie Jumps reserves the right to approve, decline, modify, or withdraw support at any time, especially if event details change, information provided is inaccurate, or the request no longer fits our donation guidelines.
Donations and sponsorships are:
Not guaranteed;
Non-transferable;
Non-refundable;
Not redeemable for cash unless approved as a cash donation;
Not for resale unless approved in writing;
Subject to availability and business considerations.
Kiddie Jumps may request reasonable recognition, such as logo placement, website acknowledgment, social media mention, event signage, or photo permission, depending on the donation or sponsorship.

Kiddie Jumps is proud to support charitable and community causes whenever possible. However, we are unable to approve every request.
Submission of a donation or sponsorship request does not create an agreement, obligation, partnership, or guarantee of support. Kiddie Jumps reserves the right to approve or deny any request without providing an explanation.
Kiddie Jumps is not responsible for event cancellations, weather issues, shipping delays, freight carrier issues, misuse of donated products, lack of supervision, improper setup, or circumstances outside our control.
