Custom Orders & Artwork Approval Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

Kiddie Jumps may offer custom inflatable products, custom colors, logo placement, branding, artwork, layout adjustments, and other custom features.

Because custom products are made specifically for the buyer, all custom order details must be reviewed carefully before approval.

Customer Approval Required

Before production begins, the customer may be asked to review and approve order details, including:

• Product type

• Product size

• Colors

• Layout

• Artwork

• Logos

• Spelling

• Names

• Numbers

• Branding

• Attachments

• Special features

• Quantity

• Shipping information

• Invoice details

Once the customer approves the order, invoice, artwork, proof, rendering, or production details, Kiddie Jumps may begin work based on that approval.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for checking all details before approval.

This includes:

• Correct spelling

• Correct logo files

• Correct colors

• Correct business names

• Correct school names

• Correct mascot names

• Correct phone numbers

• Correct websites

• Correct layout

• Correct product dimensions

• Correct delivery address

Kiddie Jumps is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

Changes After Approval

Changes may not be possible after approval or after production begins.

If a change is possible, additional charges, design fees, production fees, material costs, and delays may apply.

Custom Product Variations

Custom products may vary slightly from digital proofs, website images, renderings, samples, or photos.

Variations may occur due to:

• Screen color differences;

• Material texture;

• Printing methods;

• Sewing methods;

• Production tolerances;

• Product shape;

• Artwork scaling;

• Lighting in photos;

• Manufacturing adjustments.

Minor variations are not considered defects.

Artwork and Logo Rights

By submitting artwork, logos, names, designs, photos, characters, mascots, trademarks, copyrighted materials, or other content to Kiddie Jumps, the customer represents that they own the content or have permission to use it.

The customer agrees not to submit any material that violates another party’s copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, licensing rights, or other legal rights.

The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Kiddie Jumps harmless from any claim related to artwork, logos, designs, names, brands, characters, or other materials submitted by the customer.

File Quality

Customers should provide high-quality artwork files when possible.

Low-resolution images, screenshots, blurry images, or poor-quality files may affect the final product appearance. Kiddie Jumps may request better artwork files, but the customer remains responsible for the final approval.

Custom Orders Are Final

Custom, made-to-order, modified, personalized, or special-order products are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange once design work, material ordering, or production has started.

Use of Product Photos

Kiddie Jumps may photograph or record completed products for business, website, portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before production is completed.
